Both the collection and delivery are undertaken by a next day courier so your receiver is not only back before you know it, but it is always guaranteed.
Repairs are usually undertaken on the day we receive them so we can have your receiver back to you in 3 days. Please note that in peak times a repair can take up to 3 business days (plus carriage time of two days)
* In some cases a receiver can be damaged Beyond Economical Repair (BER); Lightning strikes/Power surges or severe water ingress are two examples when the box would be BER. If your receiver was found to be BER we would contact you to discuss a replacement.
Please make it clear in the notes section when ordering which address you would like the receiver collecting from and on what day (Mon-Fri only)
