Delivery Timescale
Customers within the mainland United Kingdom will receive Standard Delivery (1-2 working days, if items in stock). Delivery costs include VAT at 17.5%.
If an item is out of stock we will notify you and source it as quickly as possible, and when we receive it, we will send it to you via the standard 1-2 working day delivery service.

Delivery Cost
Final delivery cost is applied and displayed when an order is confirmed. Typical costs for reference are £10 for large or high value items. This includes a Standard delivery using the courier Initial City-Link which includes insurance and will need to be signed for upon delivery.
Small or low value items are delivered using the Postal Service and cost £3.50. This includes postage via 1st class without insurance. If the item is small but high value then we may use recorded delivery at our discretion which may take an extra 1-2 days to arrive.

Post and Packing - Customers outside the UK
For security reasons we will only deliver to the cardholders/account holders address. All orders from none UK addresses must contact sales before ordering. We will only ship using our own couriers and all goods must be signed for upon delivery.

Delivery of Viewing Cards
Please note that any viewing card except pre-activated cards can only be sent to the card holders address.

HIGH VALUE ORDERS
We reserve the right to only ship to the billing address / address to which your credit/debit card is registered to on high value orders. Security checks are made before any payment is taken and the order is processed.

BFPO Addresses

If you are outside Europe? Customers who have a delivery address outside the European Union (EU) do not have to pay UK Value Added Tax (VAT) and this includes members of HM Forces at BFPO addresses outside the EU.
If you are inside Europe? HM Forces personnel with a delivery address outside the UK but inside the EU may also be exempt from paying VAT but only when a correctly completed and signed certificate complying with 77/388/EEC from your CO or pay office has been provided.

Customers who give a BFPO delivery address in the EU will have their order processed, but it will not be despatched until a completed certificate has been supplied. If within 14 days the certificate has not been submitted, the order will be cancelled.

It is a criminal offence to make false declarations relating to your tax status.

Personnel serving on HM Ships are not VAT exempt.

There is currently a 2kg weight restriction on parcels to Iraq and Afghanistan.

Tracking and insurance for orders sent to BFPO addresses will apply only up to receipt at the UK distribution hub.

Orders must be paid for using a UK registered debit card and can only be completed over the phone.
